Who it's for

Built for the way real estate works.

One platform. Four levels of scale.

  • Solo agents and small teams

Track how visible your brand is on every online surface sellers, buyers, your sphere, and recruits use to find you — Google Local Service Ads, Business Profile, Maps, the AI Overview, and brand searches — in every city and town you work. See when competitors are showing up more often than you.

  • Teams

See how visible your team brand is on each platform in the markets you cover — compared to competitors in the same cities and towns, not a static rank from last week. Know who shows up most often, where you lag, and what to work on next. Recruits see the same picture when they research you.

  • Brokerages

Every office. Every agent. Every market. One dashboard with the intelligence to support growth, recruiting, and retention — without needing your agents to log into a tool they won’t use.

  • Coaches and consultants

Put the visibility intelligence platform in your clients’ hands. It’s simple enough that their internal team can run it day to day, which means your frameworks actually get implemented.

What you'll get

What you'll get from OmniLocal.

Visibility insights, reputation, and lead intelligence in one platform — across every online surface sellers, buyers, your sphere, and recruits use to choose you.

  • 01

Visibility across every online surface that matters

Track where your brand shows up on Google Local Service Ads, Business Profile, Maps, the AI Overview, and brand searches — in every city and town you work. Know the day a competitor moves past you, and the day you move past them.

  • 02

    Reputation, decoded

When sellers, buyers, your sphere, and recruits search your name, Google’s AI Overview writes a summary before they ever click your site. We capture that summary daily, in every market, alongside your reviews on Google and AI — so the first impression isn’t a black box.

  • 03

Leads, connected to the surfaces that drive them

Most tools stop at rank. OmniLocal connects what’s happening on each surface to who’s calling, who’s converting, and which competitors are taking the leads you’re losing — so you know exactly where to spend your time, money, and effort.

High-intent leads

The searches that actually turn into appointments.

Google Local Services Ads and Google Business Profile deliver bottom-of-the-funnel leads — people who already decided they need an agent.

These aren’t tire-kickers. When someone searches I want to sell my house or buyer agent near me, they’re ready to talk. Leads from GLSA and a Business Profile that ranks in the map pack consistently show higher appointment-set ratios and closing ratios than broad awareness traffic — because the intent was already there before they ever clicked.

The problem is knowing whether you’re actually showing up for those queries in every city you work — and what to fix when a competitor is. OmniLocal tracks your visibility on these high-intent searches alongside reviews and rankings, with recommendations tied to the surfaces that produce the leads.

  • real estate agent near me
  • listing agent
  • real estate listing agent near me
  • buyer agent near me
  • I want to sell my house
  • I want to buy a house

Visibility intelligence isn’t about vanity rankings. It’s about being there when these searches happen — before someone else is.

Brand search

When referrals look you up, Google needs to back you up.

Direct brand search is a high-intent lead too — and a prominence signal Google uses across local SEO.

Not every referral starts online — sometimes they get your number and call right away. But more and more people research even a referral before they reach out, especially when the connection isn’t a close one. A best friend’s glowing recommendation carries weight on its own. A co-worker who says, “Yeah, I use Mark Dietel Realty — you should check them out” often sends someone to Google first.

When they search your name — not listing agent near me — that brand search is every bit as valuable as a category query. If your Business Profile, reviews, and AI Overview summary don’t show up clean and authoritative, a referral that was heading your way can stall before it becomes a conversation.

Google treats prominence — how often people search for and engage with your brand — as a ranking signal for Business Profile and map-pack visibility, not just for your name query. When referrals do look you up, that activity feeds brand search; strong brand search reinforces category rankings. Customer experience, reviews, and sphere-of-influence marketing all feed the same loop.

OmniLocal tracks category searches and direct brand search in the same dashboard — so the leads you earn through referrals and the leads you win on Google Local Services Ads and Maps aren’t two separate problems.

How it's different

See your market the way Google sees it.

Most local SEO tools fire a scan when you ask them to. They tell you where you rank today and forget the market existed yesterday.

OmniLocal works differently. We’ve pre-built a live map of every real estate market in the US and every agent, team, and brokerage competing in them. When you sign up, your data is already there — your rankings, your competitors’ rankings, review velocity, AI Overview content — with history already on the chart.

Reputation and intelligence in one platform, because in local search they’re the same thing.

The philosophy

The acronyms changed. The game didn't.

AEO. GEO. LLMO. Every quarter a new acronym shows up to describe the latest “AI optimization.”

It’s all still the same thing it’s always been: do great work for your clients, earn real reviews, build a real reputation, and the algorithms reward you for it. The surfaces multiply — Google, AI Overview, ChatGPT, Gemini — but the rule doesn’t change.

OmniLocal is built on that rule. We don’t sell shortcuts. We show you exactly where your reputation is moving the needle, where it isn’t, and what to do about it — across the Google and AI surfaces that matter.

The best real estate brands win when the algorithm gets it right. We make sure it does.

Why we built this

Built by operators, for operators.

The people behind OmniLocal built and ran home services businesses — and, as an agency and consultancy, helped real estate teams and operators rank high and stay visible from the start. When visibility became the focus, the playbook worked: show up on the Google and AI surfaces that matter, earn the reviews and prominence that drive leads, and keep winning market share.

Scaling that playbook was the hard part. The tools were fragmented — reviews in one place, rankings in another, leads somewhere else — complicated to run and nearly impossible to hand off. OmniLocal exists to put it in one place: reviews, rankings, and leads across the Google and AI surfaces sellers, buyers, your sphere, and recruits actually use — so the same system we built for our own businesses and client portfolios can reach more operators, faster.

So we built it.

The roadmap

What's coming after launch.

The visibility intelligence layer is the foundation. Here's what's built on top of it.

  • Review request automation

Every closed transaction triggers the right review request on the right surface at the right time — starting with Google Business Profile and expanding to more channels over time.

  • Ghosted and removed review tracking

Alerts and history when legitimate reviews disappear from your profile — so you know when Google removed or filtered a valid review after a policy or platform change, not just when your star count drops for no obvious reason.

  • Off-topic and fake review removal

Track, document, and request removal of reviews meant for the wrong business, false claims, and off-topic posts — organized in one place instead of scattered screenshots and support threads. Wrong-name reviews are a common pain point; the process with Google is slow even when removal is warranted.

  • CRM integrations

Zapier through the beta — the first connection on the list — alongside a native Follow Up Boss integration through their API. An open API is mapped out so partners and technical teams can pull OmniLocal visibility data into their own platforms and tools.

  • SMS campaigns and review nudges

Reach past clients at scale, the right way — with the same A2P 10DLC compliance and deliverability the big platforms use.

  • Multi-platform brand search tracking

What ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini say about your brand — in addition to Google’s AI Overview.

  • Google Ads integration

Direct integration for brand search ads and remarketing to people who search for your name, team, or brokerage — tied into the same visibility picture as your rankings and reviews.

  • Google Search Console integration

Search performance, indexing, and query data from Google Search Console — connected to your local visibility dashboard so you can see how organic search and reputation work together.

  • Printed and digital business cards

Combo analog and digital business card tools and review-gathering strategies — so every handoff, open house, and closing becomes a structured path to more reviews and better insight into what clients actually experience.

  • Goals and gamification

More specific reputation goals and lightweight gamification to keep teams engaged — so you get as much actionable feedback from clients as possible, not just a higher star count.

  • Google Ads Transparency Center

Integration with Google’s Ads Library so you can see what ads competitors and your market are running — another piece of total online visibility in your target cities and towns, on one platform.

  • Personal, team, and brokerage brand tracking

Tools to delineate personal brands, team or organization brands, and brokerage brands — three entities that often overlap and compete for the same search results. Built for every layer of the business: solo agent, team, broker-owner, coach, consultant, agency, influencer, and more — so you can see which brand is actually driving visibility, reviews, and leads.
