Google Local Service support previously allowed you to call and select either the onboarding team or the support team. This allowed you to talk directly to a specialist quickly and you still can, but now it requires a few more steps first.
Here are the 4 steps to get a Google LSA agent on the line:
- Go to support.google.com/localservices.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Contact us" button.
- You will be prompted to "Tell us what we can help with." Type a brief description (e.g., "Ads not running" or "background check status") and click "Next step."
- Under "Contact options," look for the "Get a call" button.
What to Expect
A Google LSA representative will reach out to you within minutes. Make sure you are logged into the Google LSA profile before you start these steps because you will be asked to provide your customer ID and email associated with the account.
Why the Change?
We believe that by requesting a call through the portal, your "ticket" is created instantly, which should lead to faster resolutions than before.
